Zafferano - Man de Milan - Salone satellite Milan Design Week 2018
This side table was born from the research of saffron usage as a natural pigment, combined with a new material like resin. Saffron was and it is still a precious material. Actually, during the Renaissance, those who mixed it with other spices could have a capital punishment. The Zafferano table is inspired by the legend of the birth of the Milanese yellow risotto and it is a reference to the lombard creativity.
